Can I return or exchange a customized item?

Due to the personalized nature of our Custom Color statues, they are not eligible for return unless damaged during shipping. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the sculpture and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each statue is handcrafted.

✦ Classic White: produced within 5 business days.
✦ Custom Color Edition: handcrafted and painted within 10 business days.

Can I preview the custom sculpture before shipping?

To maintain efficiency and deliver on time, we currently do not offer previews. However, our artists carefully study your photos to ensure a faithful representation.

We’d love to hear from you! If your pet’s breed isn’t currently available, feel free to contact us and share your request. We carefully consider all suggestions for future releases, and once your desired breed is launched, we’ll notify you by email.
