What materials are your sculptures made of?
Our sculptures are made of high-quality resin, carefully hand-painted and finished with premium detailing for a lifelike appearance and long-lasting durability.
Can I customize the pose or expression of my pet?
For now, we offer fixed poses designed to work with all breeds. However, you can upload multiple reference photos and let us know your pet’s personality—we’ll do our best to capture their spirit in the painting.
Will my sculpture look exactly like my pet?
While we follow your reference photos closely, each sculpture is artistically interpreted and painted by hand. We focus on capturing your pet’s most unique features and overall personality—not just a photo copy, but a heartfelt tribute.
🚚 Shipping and Return
Can I request changes after I place my order?
Small changes (like updating your pet’s name or uploading better photos) can be accepted within the first 24 hours. After that, your sculpture enters production and cannot be changed.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each statue is handcrafted with care.
- Classic White Edition: produced within 5 business days after we receive your order.
- Custom Color Edition: handcrafted and hand-painted within 10 business days after your pet photo is reviewed and confirmed by our team.
Notice: Our studio will be closed for National Day (Oct 1-8). Thank you for your patience!
Once production is complete, all orders are shipped via air express. Delivery typically takes 14 days or less, depending on your location and current global logistics conditions.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays beyond this period may occur due to circumstances outside our control. We kindly ask for your understanding, and regret that we’re unable to assume responsibility for such delays.
Can I return or exchange a customized item?
Due to the personalized nature of our Custom Color statues, they are not eligible for return unless damaged during shipping. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the sculpture and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Can I preview the custom sculpture before shipping?
We hope your first look will be on the day you receive your package — a special moment worth waiting for.

What if my pet’s breed is not listed on your website?
We’d love to hear from you! If your pet’s breed isn’t currently available, feel free to contact us and share your request. We carefully consider all suggestions for future releases, and once your desired breed is launched, we’ll notify you by email.
Does the sculpture come with an acrylic display cover?
Our acrylic display cover is available as an optional add-on!
It’s a crystal-clear dome designed to beautifully protect your sculpture from dust, curious paws, or accidental knocks — while still showing off every detail. If you'd like to keep your sculpture looking pristine for years to come, we highly recommend adding one to your order.

Can I include a greeting card with my order?
Greeting cards are not included by default, but you can add one during checkout or purchase them anytime from our Shop All → Add-On Accessories page.

Is the nameplate included with my sculpture?
Yes! Every Blulue sculpture comes with a complimentary custom metal nameplate — a beautiful way to showcase your pet’s name and make your sculpture truly one-of-a-kind.
Please make sure to fill in your pet’s name at checkout so we can personalize it just for you.

Do I need to pay extra tax at checkout?
No. All prices in our store are tax-inclusive — the price you see is the final amount you pay.
