Parents navigating baby life — with their dog DouDou always on duty

Every home has someone who watches over it quietly. For us, that’s DouDou.

He’s not the brightest dog — but definitely the most patient. During my pregnancy, he stayed by my side without a fuss. After our baby was born, he started taking his new job seriously: sitting by the crib every night, eyes wide, ears up, doing absolutely nothing… but never leaving his post.

We used to joke that he looked like a statue.
So we made him one.

Thanks to Blulue, we now have a sculpture that captures DouDou’s calm, loyal pose exactly as we remember it. It sits in our baby’s room now, watching over the same crib. Just like the real DouDou did — and still does.
